वत्सपुच्छसमाकृष्टो वत्सपुच्छविकर्षणः ।विस्मारितान्यव्यापारो गोपगोपीमुदावहः॥

Kṛṣṇa grabs the calf's tail and pulls; the calf tries to escape; the tug-of-war between toddler and calf becomes a spectacle for the entire goṣṭha.

140 vismāritānyavyāpāraḥ

who made others forget every other task

Whenever Kṛṣṇa appears in the courtyard, the gopīs forget what they were doing and gather to watch him; even the churning-women forget their churning.

141 gopagopīmudāvahaḥ

who brought joy to the cowherd men and women

Every action of Kṛṣṇa generates spontaneous joy in the entire cowherd community; his presence is itself their joy.
