विध्वस्तकालयवनो मुचुकुन्दवरप्रदः ।आज्ञापितमहाम्भोधिर्द्वारकापुरकल्पनः॥

After killing Kaṃsa and establishing Mathurā, Kṛṣṇa commissions Viśvakarmā to design and build the magnificent city of Dvārakā in the ocean, to be the Yādavas' impregnable capital.
